It's the beginning of new year, a time for resolutions. People make reluctant promises to stop eating this, or stop drinking that ... that's all very well, but why make yourself miserable? Why not just remember the adage "everything in moderation". Well, that's my view anyway ... In the meantime - Happy New Year!
